There's something wonderfully organic about Kara's work. The use of woods, earth tones, leathers and furs soften the look, but I can't help but feel an incredible underlying of power, like a dormant volcano. Her traditional and modern fusion is tied together with the reminder that we all have the earth in common. I believe this is what draws me to the work of Kara Mann.
